ORDERING

We process orders very quickly to get your gear out to you as soon as possible, which means in most cases, we can't make any changes after an order has been placed.

That being said, please contact customer service if you have already placed an order and would like to:

- Cancel the order
- Add, remove, or change items
- Change the shipping address
- Upgrade the shipping method
- Forgot a promotional discount code

Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours.

Upon completion of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page that will update with tracking information when available. Our warehouse will process your order within 2-4 business days and you'll be notified via email when it ships. Once in transit, you can track your order via your order status page from your order confirmation/shipment confirmation emails. Please refer to the shipping methods FAQ for estimated transit times.

Other Helpful Tips:

- Please note, for standard shipping, it is a non-day-definitive service meaning the ETA and transit time can change or be delayed at any time.

- Once you receive tracking information, please allow at least 1 business day (Mon-Fri) for the carrier to initially scan your package and for the tracking to update.

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

- The item(s) sold out.
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

You will be provided a link to your order status page once you successfully place an order and when it has shipped from our warehouse. Once it ships, your order status page will be updated with the tracking information.

You can also quickly access tracking information for past orders in the Order History section of your account.

We do not ship items with a signature, so please make sure your address is a secure location.

Your order is currently processing! It may be in the midst of being packed up to go out, or it is waiting to be picked up by UPS/USPS. If your tracking has displayed "pre-shipment/confirmed" for over 2 business days, and you are concerned there may have been a delay or error, feel free to reach out to our support team for help.

We offer international shipping to the following countries listed below. Duties & Taxes are charged at checkout so nothing is due upon delivery.

International orders usually take 3-5 weeks in transit. These shipments are not day-definitive services which means tracking information can be delayed and ETA's are not always accurate.

International returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer international exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns portal will guide you step by step through the return process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label.

Returns must be started within 30 days of purchase and must be unworn/unused, undamaged, have all tags attached and in original packaging.

We only accept returns/exchanges from items purchased directly from psdunderwear.com. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for full details.

Once your item is received by our warehouse, it will be processed within 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience.

All returns must be started within 30 days from when your order was shipped.

If you would like to return your order please click HEREand complete all steps. You will need your order # (which can be found on your confirmation email) and the shipping zip code.

Once you submit your return request through our online returns center, you will be emailed a UPS return label that is valid for 28 days. 

Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer.
We DO NOT accept returns/refunds on items that were part of a special offer.
If your return is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks once received by our returns warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
Please Note - Face Masks are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

First, we apologize for the error. As you know mistakes happen. Please contact our customer support team via email, rather than starting a return in our returns portal. Please provide your order # and a picture of the item(s) you received so we can investigate.

PSD Rewards FAQ

Create a free account by visiting here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you'll be able to start earning points. If you currently have an account, you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points! 

By joining the Rewards program, you can earn points based on your purchases (and other actions that you can take) and you can then redeem those points for discounts on future orders.  By participating in the Rewards program, you can also move up into our VIP tiers which gives you access to further perks including early access to promotions, and much more. You can learn more about our VIP tier eligibility and perks here.

You start out by earning 1 point for every $1 you spend on our website. 100 points will unlock a $5 coupon, 200 points equals a $10 coupon, 300 points equals a $15 coupon, and 400 points equals a $20 off coupon.  You can also earn points by completing a variety of actions: creating an account, following our instagram account, or leaving a product review.  Check out our Rewards page to learn about all the ways to earn points.

How to complete a successful referral?

Step 1: input a friend's email address in the 'refer a friend' box on the Rewards page.

In order to redeem points, make sure you are signed in to your account and you navigate to the regular site checkout (not accelerated checkouts like Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, etc). You will see a "Choose Reward" dropdown in the checkout next to the gift card code box. Select the value of discount based on your points total and hit apply.

*Note, you cannot apply the rewards discount when checking out through accelerated checkouts (like Shop Pay & Paypal). You'll need to apply the discount in our regular site checkout before navigating to those payment options.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

There could be a few reasons you're not seeing points in your account from your purchase:

- Double-check you were signed into your account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact customer support to help apply your points to your account.

- Points will not be added to your account until your order ships.  While the order is processing (prior to shipping) you will not see your new points.

- You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Can I redeem points and use another coupon code on the same order?

Unfortunately, no.  Only one discount is allowed per order and they cannot be combined. 

I input my birthday and I didn't receive my 100 points birthday reward?

Please note, if your birthday is within the next 30 days from the date of entering it, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

ie - Your birthday is June 15th and you enter it into your Rewards account on June 1st.  You'll be awarded the birthday reward points on July 1st.
